Truth Birth Care

Website and Client Care System

Shaune,

You already have the hard part. Families in Miami find you the way good birth workers always get found, one mother telling another, and they stay because of how you show up in the room.

What Truth Birth Care does not have yet is a front door.

When a woman at twenty two weeks is awake at 2am typing "birth doula near me," there is nowhere for her to land and nothing that tells her she is safe with you.

This proposal covers two things: the website that becomes that front door, and the system underneath it so inquiries stop living in your DMs and start turning into booked consults on their own.

Read all the way to the pricing. There is something at the bottom of it for you.

The Challenge

Three things are capping Truth Birth Care right now, and none of them are about the quality of your care.

Problem 01
There Is No Front Door When Families Are Searching
Truth Birth Care has no website, so every search in Miami-Dade for a birth doula, a postpartum doula, or home birth midwifery care lands somewhere else. A full birth doula package in South Florida runs roughly $1,200 to $2,400, and midwifery care runs $4,500 to $7,000. If only two families a month look for you and cannot find you, that is somewhere between $28,000 and $57,000 a year of care you are qualified to give and never got asked about. These are market ranges, not your numbers, so we will set the real figure together at kickoff.
Problem 02
Every Inquiry Lives in a DM Thread
Expecting families almost always interview two or three providers before they choose, and they tend to choose whoever answered first and made the next step feel easy. Right now the next step is you finding a free minute between a prenatal visit and a birth. One inquiry that goes quiet while you are thirty hours into a labor is a whole package gone, and there is no record it ever existed.
Problem 03
You Are the Website, the Intake Form, and the Front Desk
Intake, scheduling, contracts, deposits, prenatal check-ins, and postpartum follow-up are all running through your phone and your memory. That holds fine at four or five clients a year. It breaks somewhere around fifteen, and fifteen is where a birth practice starts paying like an actual business. The ceiling on Truth Birth Care is not demand. It is admin.

Our Solution

A real front door, an inquiry path that never goes cold, and the paperwork running itself in the background.

Solution 01
A Site That Earns Trust Before You Ever Speak
A calm, warm, mobile first website that says plainly who you serve, what birth support, postpartum care, and midwifery care each look like with you, what they cost, and what happens next. Built so a woman reading it at 2am feels held rather than sold to, because that is the moment the decision actually gets made.
Solution 02
Every Inquiry Captured, Answered, and Booked
One inquiry form feeding one inbox, an automatic reply that goes out in under a minute with your availability and what to expect, and a live calendar where she books the free consult herself. Due date, birth setting, and what she is looking for arrive with her, so you walk into every consult already knowing her.
Solution 03
The Admin Stops Depending on You
Contracts, deposits, intake packets, prenatal reminders, and the postpartum check-in sequence all fire on their own schedule. You show up for the care and the conversation. Everything around it runs whether you are at a birth, asleep, or with our daughter.

Scope of Work

Phase 1: Website and Client Care System

The site, the booking path, and the care sequences, built and handed over working.

0 of 16 Delivered

Timeline

My proposed timeline is pragmatic and takes into account past experience designing and building similar systems.

Kickoff and Brand Intake2 days

Packages, pricing, service areas, photos, and credentials collected in one session. Domain and calendar access connected.

Design and Copy6 days

Every page written and designed in your voice, with one round of revisions built into this window before anything gets built.

Site Build and Mobile Pass5 days

The full site built, then rebuilt on a phone screen until every page reads the way it should at 2am in bed.

Booking and Care Automations5 days

Inquiry routing, auto reply, consult booking, contract and deposit flow, intake packet, and the prenatal and postpartum sequences, all wired and tested end to end.

Launch, Training, and Handoff3 days

Domain pointed, Google profile live, walkthrough recorded, written guide delivered, and 30 days of support after go live.

Total: 21 business days

Potential roadblocks, and how they're handled. Three things could stretch this timeline: photos and birth stories arriving late, written testimonial releases taking time to come back from past families, and domain or DNS transfers, which occasionally sit for 24 to 72 hours with the registrar and are outside anyone's control. If any of those come up, you hear it from me the day it happens, with the adjusted date, not after.

I always endeavour to deliver projects ahead of schedule. This timeline gives me the autonomy to give each step the time and energy it deserves.

Related Systems

Alongside the system proposed above, these are other high-ROI systems I design and build for businesses like yours.

1. Childbirth Education Engine

Classes and workshops with registration, payment, reminders, and a replay library handled automatically. It turns your teaching into an income stream that does not require you to be on call.

2. Referral Partner Loop

A simple, trackable referral path for the OBs, midwives, pediatricians, lactation consultants, and chiropractors who already send families your way, so you can see who refers and thank them properly.

3. Client Portal

One login where a family finds her birth plan, her intake documents, her resources, and her appointment history. Fewer texts asking you to resend things, and a practice that feels considerably larger than one person.

4. Practice Dashboard

One screen showing inquiries, booked consults, active clients by due date, and outstanding deposits. You see the practice at a glance instead of reconstructing it from your phone.

Your Investment

These are the real numbers, priced the way I would price this build for any birth practice in Miami. Read to the last line.

Phase 2, childbirth education classes and the client portal, scoped separately once Phase 1 is bringing families in.

Ongoing Optimization

A site is not a one time thing. Someone has to keep it fast, current, and working. That is normally a monthly plan.

Full Optimization
+ Unlimited Maintenance
  • Hosting, backups, security, and updates handled
  • Content edits and new page sections as the practice grows
  • Monthly review of inquiries, consults booked, and where families drop off
  • Message and sequence tuning based on what real families reply to

Once the site is live and families are booking consults on their own, there is a natural next step: childbirth education classes with registration and payment handled, and a client portal where every family finds her birth plan and documents in one place. I will scope that once we see what Phase 1 brings in.
